技术说明 Technical description
   SXFTS-500型封头自动拉伸、缩口生产线主要用于封头的自动落料、冲孔、拉伸以及端部的自动缩口。适合用于储气筒封头、电热水器内胆封头、空压机气泵封头等制造行业。封头使用的材料为碳钢卷筒料。设备主要有自动放卷机、导卫装置、11辊卷板校平机、250吨高速油压机、封头端部自动缩口机等组成。
The model of the SXFTS-500 for automatic drawing and necking is mainly used for automatic blanking, piercing and drawing of the head cover and auto necking. Suitable for electric water heaters and air reservoir seal head, air compressor pump head manufacturing industries. Material is carbon steel used. Equipment are automatic Unwinder,11 roller Guide and guard plate leveling machine, 250 tons of high-speed hydraulic press, head-end automatic necking machine, and other components.
